Thank you for your interest in applying to join our vibrant and successful sixth form at Blessed Hugh Faringdon Catholic School. We hope that you will thrive in our sixth form in the next 2 years and be successful so you have the opportunities to make the right decisions in the future.

A copy of the application form can be found below.

We offer a fantastic range of subjects for young people that will enable you to make those important decisions in the future. Students are expected to take 3 subjects and may choose a combination of A Level and BTEC courses if they wish. All students will be timetabled the Extended Project Qualification at the start of Year 12.
Students wishing to study more than 3 subjects should contact the school to discuss their requirements as it is sometimes possible, though not always recommended. The exception to this is A Level Further Maths, which we advise being taken as a 4th subject along with Maths and 2 other subjects.

We also offer a wide range of enrichment activities: Duke of Edinburgh award, Peer Mentoring, Cafod Ambassadors, Adopt a teacher, PE, an Elite Rugby Programme, and Work Experience.
Our PSHE and tutor sessions will ensure you develop as an individual, whilst giving you the skills and confidence to make informed choices for your future.
